Skills Teach AI How turns a repeated procedure into something an agent can follow, test, and improve. Personas: A Specialist You Shaped adds the perspective and standards that help the same system approach a research question, a business problem, or a creative brief differently.

Together, they move the instruction from “be helpful” to a visible working method: what to gather, how to proceed, what good looks like, and when to stop for human input.
